Conference Cancellation Policy:
All registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and sent to Eva Jones, eva.jones@ncpa.org. Refunds, less a cancellation fee of $50 , will be issued for EACH cancelled registration received by April 8, 2026. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER APRIL 8, 2026.
The Hilton Old Town Alexandria reservation deadline was March 23, 2026 and rooms are now on a first-come, first-served basis at the hotel’s prevailing rate. A list of area hotels in the Alexandria Old Town is available here.
