Conference Cancellation Policy:
All registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and sent to Eva Jones, eva.jones@ncpa.org. Refunds, less a $100 cancellation fee, will be issued for cancellations received by February 9, 2026. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER FEBRUARY 9, 2026.
Reserve your room at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach, 100 Coronado Drive, Clearwater, FL 33767, either online or by calling 800/996-3426. The NCPA room rate is $349 (not including 13% taxes and $18 resort fee). The NCPA room rate will be available until January 23, 2026, or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first.
