Since this meeting will be held virtually this year, changes to how the fly-in is run necessitates some operational changes.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- NCPA will be scheduling all the meetings with Congressional offices this year, please do not contact any Congressional offices to request meetings.
- NCPA will also be providing the virtual platform for all meetings.
- You will receive your schedule of meetings along with instructions on how to join the virtual meetings several days in advance of the virtual fly-in
- You should prepare as if the Congressional office will join the meeting via video, though that is not guaranteed.
- NCPA will share your contact information with others participating in your Congressional meetings. This will allow you to facilitate any pre-meeting preparation for your group.
